尾崎喜子（おざきよしこ）

 

世田谷生まれ。
大学卒業後、都内某企業にて勤務後、趣味であった料理を職業にすべく、フードコーディネーター養成スクールに行き、フードコーディネーター認定書を取得。スクールを卒業した後イタリアはフィレンツェに料理を学びに行く。2006年、イタリア料理屋「Cucina Felice（クチーナ・フェリーチェ）」を夫と開店。

 

現在お店を更に展開させ、「イタリア料理をご家庭の食卓に！」をコンセプトにし、イタリアワインを主体とした、食材・自家製デリ・生ハム・チーズ等の販売店に転換。更に2010年7月に、おいしく安全なイタリア食材のショッピングサイトをオープンし、販売している食材を上手に使うオーナーズレシピも紹介。お店のデリ商品のリピーターも数多い。

 

 

Yoshiko Ozaki

Yoshiko Ozaik (born in Setagaya, Tokyo) has started her first career in a company in Tokyo but decided to redirect her career to food related business where she can apply her passion for cooking.  After receiving the certificate of food coordinator in food industry training school, she opened her restaurant "Cucina Felice" with her husband.

 

Her restaurant is currently formed to an Italian wine based grocery shop with daily home made delicatessen under the concept of "Italian cuisine for your table."  Online shopping has opend since July 2010 and her recipes are introduced on the website.  There're many fans who come to her shop to buy her delicatessen with wines everyday.
