4月10日放送のJ-WAVE の番組で、滝川クリステルさんがナビゲーターを務める「SAUDE! SAUDADE...」というブラジルを中心に、イタリア、フランスなどのヨーロッパ、ラテンアメリカの音楽を日曜の夕方に紹介している放送23年目の長寿番組で、
カシーナサンカッシアーノの白トリュフペーストがイタリアのカルチャートピックのなかで紹介されました！
滝川クリステルさんをはじめ、スタッフの皆さまにもご試食いただいて大変ご好評をいただきました。

Cascina San Cassiano's "White Truffle sauce" was introduced in the 23 year-long radio show, SAUDE! SAUDADE... on 10 April at the part of the show introduces cultural topics.
The show was navigated by Ms Christel Takigawa. She commended "simply amazing!" when she described the sauce.
Also the staffs werer pleased with this sauce.
There were also a big number of applications received at J-WAVE for listner present for the sauce!
