在日イタリア商工会議所 主催 「オリーブオイルデー」出展しました
11月28日に、在日イタリア商工会議所主催で、 「イタリア・オリーブオイル・デー」 という、イタリアのオリーブオイルだけの一日というイベントを神楽坂 赤城神社 赤城ホールにて開催され、出展いたしました。
イタリアオリーブオイル協会の方々や業界の方々が集まり、またパネルディスカッションやオリーブオイルを使った様々な料理がふるまわれる中、数々のオリーブオイルの展示がなされ、インペーロのオリーブオイルもとてもよい評価をいただきました。

Italian olive oil is undoubtedly the symbol of the mediterranean diet, recently added to the Unesco world heritage list, and one of the protagonists of the Italian food scene in Japan with its beneficial effects on health and its flexible use with local dishes.
With the aim of deepening the knowledge of this vital ingredient from different perspectives and introduce high quality products to operators and consumers ICCJ is organizing the first ITALIAN OLIVE OIL DAY on Nov 28th 2011 at Akagi Hall, Kagurazaka, Tokyo.
Program were Presentation and Panel Discussion of Olive Oil from a Technical perspective: oil types, tasting techniques and latest news on Italian harvest 2011 Lectured by Ms Himeyo Nagatomo (Certified Sommelier A.I.S.O., Association of Italian Olive Oil Sommelier) and free olive oil and related food tasting, and olive cocktail party.
