料理研究家 渡辺康啓さんとのモスタルダテイスティング
料理研究家 渡辺康啓さんと、カシーナサンカッシアーノの新製品の試食会を行いました。今回はとくに、モスタルダを中心として、チーズとのマリアージュをおこないました。世界で活躍するヴァイオリニストの松井利世子さんをはじめとするの著名人の方を数人お招きして、渡辺さんのスタジオで行った試食会は、とても好評でした。
その中で、とくに人気が高かったのは
- Cognà ブドウのモスタルダ
- 赤タマネギのモスタルダ
- リンゴとショウガのモスタルダ
でした。

Mostarda panel tasting with Mr. Yasuhiro Watanabe
There was a panel tasting of Cascina San Cassiano's mostardas and other new products before releasing in Japan. Thanks to Mr. Yasuhiro Watanabe (cuisine professional) who writes series of articles to stylish magazine GINZA, we have invited some gourmet celebrities like Ms Riyoko Matsui (violinist) and tasted many mostardas with cheese for marriage tasting.
The top 3 mostardas selected in this tasting are:
- Cognà - Sweet grape mostarda
- Sweet red onion mostarda
- Apple and ginger mostarda
