Cascina San Cassiano's mostardas are introduced at Beaujolais Nouveau party of 2011 produced by cooking and wine class "Bonne Soiree (Shiroganedai, Tokyo).
Ms Mariko Shirai is multi talented by cuisine professional, JSA Sommelier, CPA Cheese professional, and FBO SSI Sake Sommelier.
We have tasted and enjoyed own marriage of cheeses and mostardas with the fresh taste of Beaujolais Neouveau.
