モスタルダの楽しみ方はいろいろありますが、とくに今回お勧めの3点のモスタルダについては・・・
1. チーズにあわせて楽しむ
2. パンやトーストと、ジャムのように楽しむ
3. デザートに添えて、楽しむ
4. 料理の味付けのアクセントとして、楽しむ

and here's our recommendation of how to enjoy.
