日本イタリア料理教室協会でのモスタルダの試食会
2月6日に、日本イタリア料理教室協会の会合に参加させていただき、モスタルダの試食会をさせていただきました。理事をされていらっしゃる岸摩弥子さんにご紹介いただき、イタリア料理研究家の方々にモスタルダを色々と試食していただきました。
赤タマネギのモスタルダも好評でしたが、やはり定番のミックスフルーツのモスタルダが一番好評でした。こちらは近日発売予定です。
北イタリアの伝統料理をそのまま伝道している料理研究家の皆さまは、定番のモスタルダからすこし変わり種のモスタルダまで、幅広く試食しいていただきいろいろとコメントもいただきました。

Mostarda tasting with Cooking School Association in Japan.
We have been invited by Ms Mayako Kishi, director of Cooking School Association in Japan, to the ASCIG regular meeting for tasting mostardas. Everybody enjoyed and tasted typcial "mixt fruit mostarda" (to be on sale very soon) and sweet red onion mostarda.
Traditional Italian cuisine cannot be cooked without mostarda, this was all agreed by participants on that day.
