茨城 さくら坂 Mercatoに出展しました！
9月9日に、茨城県のメルカート、さくら坂メルカートで試食販売会をいたしました。
毎月一回、さくら坂vivaceという手作りながら本格的なイタリアンのお店と、その下に広がる田園風景の絶景な場所に位置しているこのレストランの広い敷地内で行われるメルカートは、毎回たくさんのお客様が訪れます。
今回は夏の終わりの暑い時期な中、夏メニューに使えるカシーナサンカッシアーノの製品をいくつか試食をしていただきました。定番もののアンチョビのフィレから、バルサミコ酢のゼリーまで、本当においしい食材を堪能していただきました。グルメの食材を探している常連のお客様にも、次回のリクエストをいただき、とてもご好評をいただきました。
Sakurazaka Mercato in Ibaraki
We participated in "Sakurazaka Mercato" in Ibaraki on 9 September.
The market is open every 2nd Sunday of the month and many fans are coming from the morning to taste and enjoy Italian foods and cultures in this Italian restaurant garden. The location of market is beautiful to see the scenery of rice fields beneath and the garden are almost hand made by the owner of the restaurants.
We have introduced Cascina San Cassiano for the first time here with some summer recipe products such as Anchovy fillets in olive oil and Balsamic vinegar of Modena based jelly and all other high quality genuine Italian taste. All customers enjoyed the taste and shopping of Cascina.
It was such a great opportunity to introduce our prouding products of genuine Italian high quality food and we received many requests for next participation.
