2012 新宿伊勢丹 イタリア展に出展しました!
10月2日から7日間、三越伊勢丹 新宿店のイタリア展に出展いたしました。
日本のイタリア展で一番にぎわうこのイベントで、朝から夜まで大盛況の中、今回初めて出展したモスタルダを中心に、カシーナサンカッシアーノ製品をご来店の皆様にたくさん試食していただきました。
また、ちょうど開催期間中の10月7日、滝川クリステルさんがナビゲーターを務める「SAUDE! SAUDADE...」という番組で、タイムリーにイタリア展とカシーナの白トリュフのペーストを番組のイタリアカルチャートピックのなかで取り上げていただきました。おかげさまで、滝川クリステルさんにも絶賛していただきました！
多くの店舗が出展する中、味、品質、見た目の三拍子そろったカシーナ製品をお試しいただいたグルメのお客様には、カシーナの本当の味の良さを分かっていただき、その他にもトリュフオイル、ジェノベーゼペスト、赤ペスト、アンチョビなど、違いの分かるイタリア通のお客様にもご満足いただきました。
また今回はラツィオ州がテーマということで、インペーロ社のオリーブオイル、グリーンオリーブの実（オリーベヴェルディドルチ）も販売いたしました。とくに、オリーブオイル、フレーバーオイルはともに広告にも取り上げていただき、おかげさまで完売いたしました。
Isetan Shinjuku Italian Fair 2012
The biggest Italian Fair in Japan took place from 2 to 8 October at Isetan Shinjuku. LIke every other years, so many fans of Italian food and wine are visiting to explore something new and taste typical Italian flavours.
We have participated to present Cascina San Cassiano and Impero olive oils. As Lazio was the theme of event for this year, Impero olives are on event brochure and introduced widely to many people.
During the event period, Cascina San Cassiano's "White Truffle sauce" was introduced in the 23 year-long radio show, SAUDE! SAUDADE... on 7 October at the part of the show introduces cultural topics. The show navigater,Ms Christel Takigawa, has commented "simply amazing!" at previous show and this is actually the 2nd time to be introduced at show.
Customers also tasted the new product, "mostarda" during the event. The combination of sweetness and spicyness in a jar made gourmet visitors wonders and urged to try at home. Adding to the new flavour, traditional flavour such as truffle oil, genovese pesto, red pesto, and anchovy fillet were also so well appreciated among gourment customers who look for the genuin taste.
